Notice of Sale of Unclaimed Property

The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office will be selling property which has remained unclaimed for a period of 180 days or greater. Statutory requirements regarding the sale were met by publishing the list and a brief description of property for sale in a local Forsyth County newspaper. This additional notice is hereby given to all persons who may have or claim any interest therein, to make and establish such claims of interest no later than 30 days from the date of this notice, or in default thereof, the property will be sold and disposed of as set out in North Carolina General Statute 15-14.1.
